Appearance: Most Shadows fill their Psyche with despair and uncertainty, rage and fear. Kayla's feeds her Psyche with false hope and delusionally high optimism, even trying to convince herself at times that maybe Cindy is actually still alive and the forensics just made an error. At least she's not so twisted that she thinks she's still alive.
Trigger: Whenever she lacks solid foreknowledge of an impending conflict.

Kayla shared her sister's fate but, unlike Cindy, she lingered in the Underworld. That's unfortunate for her killer, because Kayla's devoted to seeking justice and warning others, including her boyfriend. But it's unfortunate for Kayla, too, because a) she's dead; b) things are only going to get worse for her from here.
Likelihood of Corruption
Low.
While her uncertainty can cause her problems, Kayla is a kind and gentle soul. She won't likely be eaten by her Shadow even if spectres help.
