History

Date of Birth: April 17th, 1974
Home: Killarney, County Kerry, Ireland
Family: Martin and Darcie Owen (parents), Rory (older brother); Devlin Dell (husband), Nolan (son); Fallon (birth name)
Death: Personal Tragedy (Fallen came from a farming family in the heart of Ireland, known Kinfolk of the Fianna, and so she learned early on to be as a pillar of stability and fortitude for her people; at her Tribe's request, she moved to the US to assist a Fianna pack in the Midwest; there, she fell for the moody Irish-born Ahroun, Devlin Dell; they even started a family together, only for her to be slain later while on a standard bawn patrol by a roving fomori madman monster, which her husband then hunted down and destroyed), 2008
Mentor: The Mask
The Test: Trial by Knowledge (the Masquers Reaped her but the Mask himself declared her to be set free with all her effects; in exchange, he wished only good will with the "Quick Garou"; he kept her only long enough to ensure she understood the nature of being dead, and the Dictuum Mortus that the Masquers upheld despite no Hierarchy in the necropolis; she soon realized she could not visit that city anyway, for she was bound by her essence to the woods she fell defending; she even changed her name to Fallen to reflect her fate)
Comrades: Devlin Dell
Key Event #1: Personal Tragedy (there in the werewolves' bawn she lingered, haunting those woods, and seeking her husband and son, slowly developing her Arcanoi on her own, and discovering that monsters occasionally bubbled up from the Tempest in this wild part of the Shadowlands, monsters she bravely drove off)
Transition: Shift in Nature (a few years after her demise, she discovered how to interact with the Quick, and contacted her husband and young son; they were frightened at first, but soon accepted and welcomed her "back"; Devlin still loved her deeply, and welcomed her by his side on own patrols as a caern Guardian)

The Shadow

Appearance: In death, as in life, Fallen attempts to keep a sense of justice and not be as bad as the thugs she punishes or guards against. But her Shadow is far less discriminating in its violent attitude and that cruelty is etched on her face in moments of weakness.
Trigger: Whenever she's given orders by someone that appears weaker than her.

Wolf Den (Haunt)

Location: Smithville Woods, Kansas City, Missouri, United States
Structure: Wilderness Den
Stock: A large natural alcove beneath a great old cottonwood tree, cleaned and fitted with basic bedding and a hearth though of course no modern utilities, sufficient for at least two people.
Traits: Haunt 2

Artifacts & Relics

Glock 22 (Relic)

Significant Other

Name: Devlin Dell, 2003
Nature: Romantic

Devlin

Weakness
Unsung Hero

Devlin and their son, Nolan, "sing" of her all the time. But no one else does, not even Devlin's packmates (perhaps because the fear of losing their own Kinfolk or mates is too hurtful to consider). Her sacrifice then was a footnote; any sacrifice she makes now is liable to be seen as forced or, worse, a corrupt "trick of the Wyrm".

Likelihood of Corruption

Average.

Fallen learned long ago what to look out for, but her Fianna heritage connects her to the Umbra beyond the Shroud and Skinlands in a dangerous, spiritual way, leaving her vulnerable to corruption from both Banes still and now spectres.
